It's moist and easy to apply. I like that it's in a tube.
When I first applied it, it felt like it was going to be a bit sticky and matte, but after applying it, it felt like a moist film was covering my skin and it didn't feel dry or tight, and it was comfortable. I have sensitive skin, but I've been using it without any problems or irritation.
I use it for eye cream and I am satisfied.
