This Vitamin C Serum is a high-purity, high-nutrient vitality serum that stably contains 20% pure vitamin C.

It has a creamy, water-free formula. It is vegan, alcohol free and fragrance free.

After preparing the skin texture with toner, take a small amount and spread it widely, as if massaging, then pat to aid absorption.

💭 My thoughts:

First of all, it’s great that this vitamin c serum comes in an opaque airtight pump container, so the product stays fresh for longer and doesn’t oxidise.

The serum has a thick, stringy consistency. It doesn’t spread very easily and I found that I used more product to begin with, to try and get an even application across my face, however I now only use one pump for my whole face and apply a small amount of product to my cheeks, chin and forehead and spread it, as evenly as possible, across my face.

I have found that this serum leaves an oily film on my skin and it makes other products, that I put on top of it, pill off my face. Therefore, I have only been using this on an evening and trying to leave enough time between this and my next product, to give it time to fully absorb.

Unfortunately this isn’t a product that I would repurchase, as the texture is definitely not one of my favourites. I prefer my vitamin c to be water based. I also like my vitamin c to sink in quickly and not leave any residue, so I can use it as part of my morning routine to help me get the best out of my SPF.

Really been enjoying this vitamin c, helps even out and brighten my skin and helps with hyperpigmentation as well. It is on the thicker side when talking about texture so definitely ideal for winter months or if you have dry skin, it does dry fast and absorbs into skin fast so I have been enjoying it very much

It came highly recommended by a u tuber. It’s water based free( which is Great) and in a pump airless bottle keeping it stable. I couldn’t order it fast enough. I usually order all my Korean skincare from elsewhere, but needed it asap, and I got it asap. It’s more of a cream consistency and goes on clear, absorbing rather fast, make sure your skin is a bit damp when applying. I’ve not used it enough to see results, although I have been using a Vit C Serum for 3 yrs. So can’t wait to see results. Great packaging and I love Benton products.
