I'd spent 3 months trying out barrier creams and such my derm had recommended with no benefit. Then I found this centella. I was just using it daily then topping it with barrier cream, not expecting much. Then on day 21, I noticed my skin was back to normal! (except the rosacea which was red and lots of little bumps...Prosacea got rid of the bumps but I still have redness.) I now put this on over my rosacea stuff. Just pat it on like water. After it dries, I top it with La Roche Posay Barrier Cream to lock it in.

My skin looks moisturized and youthful again and my barrier is totally restored. Centella can benefit rosacea, but rosacea solutions are never one-size-fits-all. It certainly doesn't hurt. I am also still able to use retinol under my eyes and forehead where there isn't rosacea, and centella can be used on top of that to help with the dryness retinol can cause. I've researched centella a lot and it's safe to combine with everything.
