It’s difficult to use at first. You have to keep turning left/right to get product on the sponge and do it over and over as you use it. That’s a pain in th butt BUT it’s worth it as the product stays put and does not easily transfer from my hair to my hands when I touch my hair. It also comes out easily when you shampoo your hair. Love this product. I wish it was easier to use and reload product onto the sponge. I can see why people are disappointed with the mechanism of use. I’ve tried SO many root touch ups and this. Y far has been the best!

Was excited for this product but the way it’s made the product is hard to get on the sponge.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. The color isnt as strong so its harder to over-cover and make a mess but its just enough to cover the greys. Would buy again!

This has been a life saver for grey hairline in between dyeing my hair dark again. It makes the sides of my face look much better as well as my hair look fuller. This is part of my household hair routine.
