[I'm from] Rice Toner (Old.ver) 150ml

After applying this toner, the redness almost immediately goes away, and my skin becomes soft and nice. No stickiness. It's a working product as a first step after face cleansing, will re-purchase it. Of course, it's not hydrating enough on its own!
