A lot of great ingredients for acne - 2% BHA + PHA to clear out pores, niacinamide for brightening and improving post inflammatory pigmentation, carotene to reduce inflammation, and shea butter for moisturizing. I find the spot treatment works gently on pimples without drying the skin.

This stuff really works. It's not drying. It does smell like carrots!
