1. Shake the capsule cream before use.
2. Pour cold water at a 1:1 ratio into the included container.
3. When the cream is fully mixed and copmlete, apply it on the scalp and hair.
4. After shampooing once a day, douse the scalp and hair with warm water, apply a suitable amount to the hair and scalp before rinsing out thoroughly with water.
