its supposed to dry up oil so ofc its dry but if you use too much you look dry asf. it does have a bit of WHITE CAST so be careful. I'm pale asf and i can see the white tint on me so keep that in mind. If you use it light and have light skin it works nice.

I really like this powder. I have rosascea and this helps cover the redness. It adds a brightness so I can use that as the foundation of my other makeup. It was easy to apply and felt light on my skin where it didn't look like I was wearing anything. It's best if you are pretty light skinned with not much of a tan.
