Well, I got this with high expectation. It is just ok to use for the base. But, I feel like I need to put additional moisture with this base prep. It makes my skin feel dry. Nevertheless, worth trying once. I will apply this on my skin for special days!

I don't know about the dramatic effect, but when I apply it thinly, it makes the entire area moist and smooth, so it seems to work well as a base haha. I'm satisfied!!
