Ich benutze es erst seit Kurzem, daher kann ich noch nichts zur Wirksamkeit gegen Haarausfall sagen. Es fühlt sich aber sehr angenehm und kühlend auf der Kopfhaut an – gefällt mir richtig gut! Der Geruch ist etwas intensiv, aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Verpackung ist super, und ich finde es toll, dass man es direkt auf die Kopfhaut auftragen und mit der Spitze auch leicht einmassieren kann!

This review is about the terrible customer service, not the products themselves. I haven’t personally used the products. I bought these as gifts for friends. My first order came with shampoo, so I decided to order five more. However, the second order didn’t include shampoo (see attached). Due to this difference, I requested a return and refund. Customer service informed me that return facility is in CA it’s perfect for me to deliver it because I’m living in CA but they said it must be mailed to their facility, they refused to let me deliver the items directly to the facility. They provided no explanation for this policy. All I wanted was to ensure the products were delivered safely and to receive my refund, but they made it unnecessarily difficult. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t be using this website again, and I strongly recommend thinking twice before placing an order!
