Pre-order Policy
Pre-order products allow wholesale customers to reserve products before they become available in our warehouse.
Pre-order items are sourced and prepared based on customer demand and supplier availability. Please review the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
Minimum Order Quantity
Pre-order products are available in case-pack quantities only.
The required case quantity for each product is displayed on the product page and must be ordered accordingly.
Orders that do not meet the required case quantity cannot be processed.
Estimated Fulfillment Time
Estimated shipping schedules for pre-order products are provided as a reference only.
Actual fulfillment timelines may vary depending on supplier production schedules, inventory availability, customs processing, logistics conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
For this reason, estimated shipping dates are intentionally provided with a buffer period and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers who require products urgently are strongly encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm the latest availability and estimated shipping schedule.
Order Cancellation
Pre-order orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
After 24 hours, supplier procurement and order processing may have already begun, and cancellations, modifications, or reductions in quantity are no longer permitted.

As a result, pre-order fulfillment schedules may occasionally be delayed.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays whenever possible.
Supplier Shortages

Wholesale Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all wholesale orders are subject to the following return and refund policy.
By placing a wholesale order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Non-Returnable Orders
Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

- Buyerβs remorse
- Over-ordering
- Slow sales or inventory issues
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Local import restrictions or resale limitations
- Customs delays or customs inspections beyond our control
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may request:
- Photos of the products
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of shipping labels
- Additional supporting information
Approved claims may be resolved through:
- Replacement products
- Store credit
- Partial refund

Pre-order Products

Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:

- Failure to pay applicable charges
- Customer refusal
Any return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, or disposal fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
