  • Is shipping available to my country?

    Shipping availability varies by country. Enter your address at checkout to confirm, or visit our Shipping page for a general overview.
  • Can I change the delivery address?

    Address changes are only possible before the tracking number is generated. Once issued, no changes can be made — please double-check your address before placing an order.
  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard Shipping takes 10–20 business days; Express Shipping takes 7–10 business days, excluding handling time.

What if you have questions about your order?

Managing your order is simple with Ballagrio. Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about cancellations, processing, and payment.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can only cancel your order before the parcel leaves Ballagrio's office. Once the tracking shows "Arrived at origin facility," cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@ballagrio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number or the email address used to place the order.
  • Why is my order not being processed?

    Tracking information is typically provided within 2–7 business days. If you've ordered multiple items, processing may take longer due to varying inventory and supply conditions. Once packed, a tracking number will be generated and updated in your order details, and you will receive a notification via email.
  • How do I pay via Bank Deposit?

    If you choose Bank Deposit, payment must be completed within one week from the order date. You will receive an invoice via email with the payment due date. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, your order may be canceled without prior notice. To complete your purchase, make a deposit using the account details provided, or pay by credit card by clicking the [Pay Now] button in the invoice email.
