I had a couple of spots that I wanted to minimize the appearance of before seeing my boyfriend. Started using these 2 weeks before my visit. These lightened them about 3 shades. More continuous use would probably be better over time.

These are very good and stay on really while still extracting well. Skin care slides right over them without pulling up the edges. They will stay on all night no problem.
