Ballagrio offers reliable worldwide shipping directly from Korea.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight to ensure safe delivery.
United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, EU countries*
- Standard Shipping: $4.90 (up to 2kg)
- Standard Shipping: $19.90 (over 2kg)
Middle East countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates)
- Standard Shipping: $9.90 (up to 2kg)
- Standard Shipping: $29.90 (over 2kg)
💡 For orders over 2kg, we recommend splitting your purchase into two smaller orders.
This will help reduce shipping costs and ensure safer handling during transit.

Expedited Shipping: $49.90 (available to eligible countries)
Expedited shipping provides faster delivery via premium carriers.
Please note that customs duties or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
1. Handling & Processing Time
- All orders are shipped from Korea with a tracking number.
- Processing usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on Ballagrio’s inventory status.
- If you order multiple products, shipment may take longer due to stock differences.
- In case of product unavailability or discontinuation, we will contact you individually.
2. Customs & Import Duties
- Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in product prices.
- Regulations differ by country, and any customs-related fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please ensure accurate shipping information (name, phone number, email) for smooth customs clearance.
⚠ Important Notice for U.S. Customers
- Standard Shipping: Delivered without additional steps from the recipient.
- Expedited Shipping: Due to U.S. customs policy changes, additional duties or fees may be charged at delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If such fees are refused or unpaid, Ballagrio will not be able to issue refunds or accept returns.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by country)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–10 business days (varies by country)
(Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local conditions.)
4. Tracking Information
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your order details and sent to your email.
5. Additional UPS (Expedited Shipping) Charges
- If UPS advances customs duties on your behalf and collects them upon delivery, a $12 USD ICOD (International Collect on Delivery) fee may apply.
- To avoid this fee, please prepay duties via UPS IPPA (Importer Prepaid Authorization) or other available methods linked in your UPS tracking information.
