Yes, it's got strong idebenone

I can say that this serum is yellow and does contain a significant amount of idebenone. Some people are allergic to that active though. I had a strong reaction immediately after application which resulted in a few days of a large dry patches -- almost like I left a chemical peel on for too long. If you have used idebenone with success in the past, I can report that this is a potent and affordable serum for such active. There is a lot of research on it and it is a great pick for those who can use it. I was able to use it on my hand to nice hydrated looking effect, so give it a go if you can. Just posting this review for anyone who might have had the same reaction -- it's the idebenone and not a problem with this company. PS 1000 ppm translates to 0.1% of idebenone.
