If you’re looking for a dewy, sheer wash of color, I’d recommend these! The color and product payoff is very true to the photos. I’m not comfortable posting a photo of my face, but the color they leave on my lips is so natural. It’s almost like you can’t even tell I’m wearing color on my lips. These do stain, but you have to leave them on for a few minutes at least for that to happen. If you wipe it off right after, no color is left behind.
The texture of the stick is stiff and doesn’t have any squish. It also feels very wet/oily, so I wouldn’t recommend this for someone looking for a matte or satin finish. If you’re looking for obvious color or opacity, maybe try a cream blush.
I’m still kind of new to wearing makeup, so I’m excited to use these for a fast and put together wash of color. They’re pocket sized, too, so I can easily take one with me wherever.
This is my first time using Ballagrio, and my experience was nice and transparent! They sent me a video of my order being packaged (super cool), included some skincare samples, and provided tracked shipping. I inspected the product boxes and nothing looks out of the ordinary either.
I ordered these on Dec 03, and they arrived today Dec 14.
