[HOW TO USE]
Step 1. Take a appropriate amount and lightly apply with applicator tip on the eyelids. And blend gel formula using your fingertips or flat eyeshadow brush before the formula sets. (Please do not blink eyes immediately after use, and then wait for 1-2minutes for it to dry.)
Step 2. Using applicator tip apply a glitter under the eyes and gently tapping and blending over eyeshadow glitter to make twinkle under eye.
Step 3. Wear alone or layer with the top of eyeshadow for more brightening. When blend with other shades, please wait for the first color dry before applying the second.
