  • Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Returned, Rejected, or Undeliverable Shipments

    If a shipment is returned, rejected, abandoned, or disposed of due to customs issues, import restrictions, missing documentation, unpaid charges, or incorrect recipient information, any related costs may be deducted from the refund amount or charged to the customer.

Pre-order Policy

Pre-order products allow wholesale customers to reserve products before they become available in our warehouse.
Pre-order items are sourced and prepared based on customer demand and supplier availability. Please review the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
  • Minimum Order Quantity

    Pre-order products are available in case-pack quantities only.
    The required case quantity for each product is displayed on the product page and must be ordered accordingly.
    Orders that do not meet the required case quantity cannot be processed.
  • Estimated Fulfillment Time

    Estimated shipping schedules for pre-order products are provided as a reference only.
    Actual fulfillment timelines may vary depending on supplier production schedules, inventory availability, customs processing, logistics conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
    For this reason, estimated shipping dates are intentionally provided with a buffer period and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
    Customers who require products urgently are strongly encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm the latest availability and estimated shipping schedule.
  • Order Cancellation

    Pre-order orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
    After 24 hours, supplier procurement and order processing may have already begun, and cancellations, modifications, or reductions in quantity are no longer permitted.
  • Supplier Delays

    Supplier production schedules and inventory availability may change without prior notice.
    As a result, pre-order fulfillment schedules may occasionally be delayed.
    We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays whenever possible.
  • Supplier Shortages

    In rare cases, a supplier may be unable to fulfill part or all of a pre-order.
    If this occurs, customers will be offered one of the following options:
    • Replacement product (if available)
    • Store credit
    • Full refund for the affected item(s)
  • Separate Fulfillment

    Ready-to-Ship products and Pre-order products may be processed and shipped separately.
