I've been using this scalp essence for a while now, and I definitely feel my scalp is healthier and less prone to irritation. It feels refreshing after application, and my hair feels stronger overall.

This review is about the terrible customer service, not the products themselves. I haven’t personally used the products. I bought these as gifts for friends. My first order came with shampoo, so I decided to order five more. However, the second order didn’t include shampoo (see attached). Due to this difference, I requested a return and refund. Customer service informed me that return facility is in CA it’s perfect for me to deliver it because I’m living in CA but they said it must be mailed to their facility, they refused to let me deliver the items directly to the facility. They provided no explanation for this policy. All I wanted was to ensure the products were delivered safely and to receive my refund, but they made it unnecessarily difficult. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t be using this website again, and I strongly recommend thinking twice before placing an order!

Does work. Have used for a few weeks and had made a difference in hair loss. I guess needs to be regularly used.

I bought it because I was worried about the smell of my scalp. I use it by putting a few drops on top of the dryer, but it also has a refreshing feeling and the smell has definitely improved from before!! Since only a few drops are used at a time, I think it is cost-effective and lasts a long time.
