- Free Standard Shipping ($0.00): United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and EU countries*

- Standard Shipping ($5.90): Middle East countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates)

- Expedited Shipping: $49.90 (available to eligible countries)

 

*EU countries include: Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Slovenia.
(Please note: Malta and Cyprus are currently excluded.)

 

1. Handling & Processing Time

  • All orders are shipped from Korea with a tracking number.
  • Processing usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on Ballagrio’s inventory status.
  • If you order multiple products, shipment may take longer due to stock differences.
  • In case of product unavailability or discontinuation, we will contact you individually.

 

2. Customs & Import Duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in product prices.
  • Regulations differ by country, and any customs-related fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please ensure accurate shipping information (name, phone number, email) for smooth customs clearance.

  • For Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered smoothly without additional steps on your side.
  • For Expedited Shipping, due to recent U.S. customs policy changes, additional duties or fees may be charged at delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If such fees are refused or unpaid, Ballagrio will not be able to issue refunds or accept returns.

 

⚠ Important Notice for EU Customers

  • For orders over 150 EUR, customs duties or additional fees may apply.
  • If a package is returned because customs fees are refused, Ballagrio’s exchange and refund policies will apply.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by country)

- Expedited Shipping: 7–10 business days (varies by country)

(Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local conditions.)

 

4. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your order details and sent to your email.

 

5. Additional UPS (Expedited Shipping) Charges

  • If UPS advances customs duties on your behalf and collects them upon delivery, a $12 USD ICOD (International Collect on Delivery) fee may apply.
  • To avoid this fee, please prepay duties via UPS IPPA (Importer Prepaid Authorization) or other available methods linked in your UPS tracking information.
