Since it’s a toner, I expected something light and watery, but it’s actually much more hydrating and has a slightly bouncy texture. I like applying it right after cleansing because my skin feels noticeably softer and that tight feeling is definitely reduced. It’s a little more nourishing than I expected, which I really like.
