I'm not familiar with Centella leaf, but as far as a facial serum, this does a nice job keeping my face feeling supple and not dried. It takes only a few drops, so I anticipate that this will last a long time.

I use this mainly in the mornings under my makeup routine, just a few drops to keep my skin hydrated and protected during the winter and I can really tell a difference in how bouncy and hydrated my skin is. I have really enjoyed using this and would highly recommend!

It’s a bit sticky at first, but that dissipates for me once the serum absorbs more fully. When it does, my skin feels noticeably smoother and fuller.

Amazing BACIEL hydra barrier cica cream and serum set

Amazing skincare line with super soothing ingredients. Perfect for people like me with dry acne prone or sensitive skin. Really amazing ingredients list and no fragrance. Loved the serum first and wish I’d tried it sooner. It has really helped me restore my skin barrier after battling some cystic acne. Will be buying the whole line from this brand to try.
