1. Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them completely.2. Take out the foot mask, fold it in half, and cut along the top of the sticker line.3. Wear the mask on your feet and use the adhesive sticker to secure it around your ankles.4. Leave it on for about 1 hour.5. Dead skin will naturally start to peel off within 4 to 7 days after use.
