Idk if it does much but I feel like it does. It makes my lashes feel firmer/stronger so I feel like they've been doing well and have been healthy. Try not to get it in your eye though bc it'll hurt 0x0 good serum though!

Cute item. Smells like normal clear mascara. I haven't used it yet on my lashes so I don't know if it enhances growth
