Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and package weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Handling & Processing Time
All orders are shipped from Korea with a tracking number. Processing time takes approximately 2-7 business days, depending on Ballagrio's inventory status. If you order multiple products, shipping may take longer due to differences in stock availability. In case of product discontinuation or unavailability, we will notify you individually.
Customs & Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. While we do our best to ensure smooth customs clearance, we cannot guarantee approval, as regulations vary by country. Any customs fees incurred during shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.
⚠ Important Notice for EU Customers
For orders exceeding 150 EUR, customs duties or additional fees may apply upon arrival. If a package is returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs fees, Ballagrio's exchange and refund policies will apply.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your order details and sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage and resolve issues in countries where delivery is currently unavailable.

Important Notice Regarding U.S. Customs Duties (Effective from April 2025)
Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations effective April 2025, all shipments to the United States are now subject to import duties and taxes regardless of the declared value.
Customs Duties
- A 35% customs duty is now applied to all shipments, including those valued under $800 USD.
- This duty applies to both Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.
Additional UPS (Expedited Shipping) Charges
- For UPS Expedited Shipping, if UPS advanced your customs duty payment and collects it upon delivery, a $12 USD ICOD (International Collect on Delivery) fee will be added.
- To avoid this fee, please prepay duties using one of the following methods:
- UPS IPPA (Importer Prepaid Authorization) electronic payment (supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.).
- Payment link included in your UPS tracking information.
- Provide accurate name, phone number, and email address so UPS can notify you in advance.
Advance Notification & Refunds
We want to ensure a smooth delivery experience, so please note that this policy has been communicated in advance. If duties and related fees are not paid upon arrival and the shipment is returned or refused, we may be unable to offer a refund for the original order.
