Perfect Toner with Gentle Exfoliation

I have sensitive skin on my face, acne spots and small eczema patches, and this toner didn't irritate them at all. The light exfoliation removed some dry skin and the toner itself feels great on the skin. Glides over your skin easily and sets in fast.
